• Booking, Payment & Cancellation:A 20% deposit confirms your booking. Cancellations made more than 7 days before pickup time receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of pickup forfeit the deposit.
The remaining balance is due 48 hours before pickup time. Once the balance is due, the booking becomes completely non-refundable.To preserve the day's itinerary, the maximum wait time for pickups is 60 minutes. Beyond this, the tour may be treated as a no-show (non-refundable), though we will make every reasonable effort to contact you and adapt the schedule if possible. We'll do everything to accommodate delays, but tours cannot be held indefinitely.Circumstances personal to the guest, including travel disruptions, illness, or documentation issues, remain subject to the cancellation policy.Payment of the required deposit following acceptance of the Booking Details confirms the booking and constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.• Tour Operations:Portugal Revealed may modify routes, destinations, timing, and activities due to weather, traffic, accidents, road closures, construction, public events, safety concerns, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such changes do not constitute cancellation provided the tour continues to operate.Unless expressly included in the agreed Booking Details, the tour price excludes meals, accommodation, admission fees, optional third-party activities and experiences, personal purchases, and refreshments beyond those provided in the vehicle.Reasonable guest requests for itinerary, pickup, or drop-off changes may be accommodated at the sole discretion of Portugal Revealed. Requests involving a material deviation from the agreed route, schedule, or operating costs may be declined or may require additional payment.If Portugal Revealed cancels the tour before departure, the guest shall receive a full refund of all amounts paid. Portugal Revealed's liability in the event of cancellation is limited to the refund of amounts paid; no further compensation is owed.Portugal Revealed will provide a vehicle that is properly registered, insured, maintained, and compliant with all applicable Portuguese legal requirements for the transportation of guests in connection with its licensed tourism activities.If a vehicle failure materially prevents completion of the planned experience, Portugal Revealed will provide an appropriate refund or partial refund reflecting the portion of the tour that could not reasonably be completed.• Guest Responsibilities:Guests are responsible for determining whether the tour, destinations, terrain, walking routes, and activities are suitable for their own physical abilities and personal circumstances.Portugal Revealed does not provide wheelchair-accessible transportation.Portugal Revealed welcomes guests of all ages who can travel safely without a legally required child restraint system. Under Portuguese law, this means we cannot accept bookings for children under 12 who are also under 135 cm (4'5") tall.Alcohol consumption is not permitted inside the vehicle.Smoking and vaping, including the use of electronic cigarettes, are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.Portugal Revealed may terminate a tour without refund where a guest behaves in an unsafe, illegal, abusive, threatening, disruptive, or intoxicated manner, or otherwise endangers any person, property, or the operation of the tour.Guests are responsible for their passports, wallets, travel documents, luggage, cash, electronics, and other personal belongings at all times.Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their party. By confirming a booking, guests authorize Portugal Revealed to recover reasonable cleaning, repair, or replacement costs using the payment method provided during booking where legally and technically possible. Any such claim will be supported by photographic documentation and, where applicable, a supplier invoice or repair estimate.• Liability:Guests participate in the tour at their own risk.Portugal Revealed is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, delays, inconvenience, missed opportunities, or interruptions arising from weather, traffic, road conditions, force majeure events, guest travel disruptions, acts of third parties, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.Portugal Revealed may suggest restaurants, attractions, or other services during the tour. These are provided by independent third parties, and Portugal Revealed is not responsible for their quality, availability, or performance.Portugal Revealed is not responsible for injuries, illness, accidents, or losses except to the extent caused directly by its negligence where liability cannot be excluded by law.Portugal Revealed shall not be liable for missed flights, missed cruises, missed reservations, lost business opportunities, accommodation costs, transportation costs, or any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Portugal Revealed arising from or relating to the tour shall not exceed the total amount paid by the guest for the tour.Portugal Revealed maintains the legally required civil liability, personal accident, and vehicle insurance applicable to its licensed tourism operations.
Identifiable photographs or videos of guests will not be used for marketing or promotional purposes without the guest's written consent.
Guests are welcome to photograph and share their own experience freely.This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Portugal.
